Really Want To Keep Fit

I was having a normal medical checkup for my preparation to Cambodia when I found out that I am close to having high blood pressure. So in order for my blood pressure to be normal, I will do my best to keep fit. Well in Singapore, keeping fit is your responsibility. Therefore, I will not procrastinate and will watch my diet so that I can be fit for the rest of my days.

This is Washington Capitals rookie Alexander Ovechkin's amazing falling-backward, over-the-head, twisting goal. This is from Monday night's game against Phoenix. It's being called one of the greatest goals of all time. Ovechkin is now being considered for the Hart Trophy, hockey's MVP award.

Almost there

I am happy and honoured to be in this Overseas Community Project to Cambodia with Temasek Polytechnic. I just want to do my best for this community. Just imagine that their lives is with guns, landmines, no proper education and many more. I realized that with the conditions that we are living, we should step out of our comfort zone and start to make a difference in our life now or else we will forever be in this zone that we will take things for granted. Right now, our project is about to finish and we will be ready for any condition and problems that will rise ahead. Hoo-ah.

I am back

Hi people. I am back now. So sorry for not updating you guys due to school and exams. Now, I am just preparing for my Cambodia trip with Temasek Polytechnic. To sign up for this trip is to learn and serve the people there. As you all know, the living condition there is very bad and I believe with the engineering skills I have from TP, I will be able to perform well with excellence.
